I'm confused about the charging info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours, there's still no light. Is it broken?
During charging, the charger's light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery, press “UP” or “DOWN” on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.
If I use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, how often should I charge the hand controller?
The charging frequency for the hand controller should align with how often you plan to use it. However, even if you don't use the chair lift for extended periods, we recommend charging it fully at least once a month to prevent deep discharge.
Is assembly required?
Setup is minimal. Unfold the unit, ensure the base is stable on a flat surface, and connect the hand controller before use. Always follow the user manual for safety checks.
Can one person operate the AX25 safely?
