Is the battery airline/cruise approved?
The 12Ah (≈288Wh) 24V lithium battery is generally approved by many carriers (policies vary). The 20Ah (≈480Wh) is not airline-approved. Always confirm with your airline/cruise and carry the battery in hand luggage if required.
What range can I expect?
Real-world range varies with rider weight, terrain, and temperature. Expect up to ~13 miles with 12Ah and up to ~19 miles with 20Ah under ideal conditions.
If the battery dies, can I push the chair?
Yes. Power off, then disengage both motors using the release levers to switch into free-wheel (manual) mode.
Can I mount the joystick on the left or right?
