I chose the B20 because I needed something my husband and I could manage between the house and the car. At 44 lb it’s much lighter than my previous chair, and the fold is very compact. It’s become our “everywhere” chair for appointments and shopping trips.
The frame feels very sturdy and stable — good for both indoor and outdoor use. My only minor complaint is that lifting it into the car alone takes a bit of effort. If you have help, it’s no problem, and once it’s on the ground the dual 250W motors handle hills nicely.
We bought the B20 for my mom to use around the house and on short outings. The 16″ seat and armrests are comfortable for her, and the 360° joystick is easy to learn. It turns well in our hallway and still feels secure outside on pavements.
